The Philadelphia Stars signed running back Seth Rowland on Monday. Seth is the older brother of wide receiver Chris Rowland, who also re-signed with the Stars on Sunday night.
Seth Rowland is five foot seven and weighs 185 pounds. The 26-year-old from Brentwood, Tennessee, played for the United Newland Crusaders (Finland) in 2023 with 198 carries for 1,245 yards (6.3 AVG), 58 catches for 578 yards (10 AVG), 23 kick returns for 673 yards (29. 3 AVG), one touchdown, and seven punt returns for 86 yards (12.3 AVG) in 12 games. He was named to the All-Finland First Team Offense.
Collegiately, Rowland played four seasons at Tennessee State University (2016-19) with 171 carries for 858 yards, five touchdowns, eight catches for 67 yards, and two punt returns for 32 yards in 36 games for the Tigers.
