Hamilton will not have wide receiver Tyler Ternowski (shoulder), and defensive linemen Ted Laurent (hamstring) and Cedric Wilcots II (shoulder). The big news heading into this game is Bo Levi Mitchell (leg) returns as the starting quarterback.
The Roughriders will miss defensive lineman Bryan Cox (knee) and defensive back Jeremy Clark (knee). Offensive lineman Brandon Council (knee) is a game-time decision.
