The Hamilton Tiger-Cats signed kicker Keiran Burnham on Friday.
Keiran Burnham is six foot one and weighs 199 pounds. The 28-year-old from Lisburn, United Kingdom, was with the B.C. Lions and Ottawa Redblacks practice squads in 2023.
Before B.C., Burnham was drafted by the Calgary Stampeders in the seventh round (61st pick) of the 2020 CFL Draft. He was with the Stampeders for two seasons but never played a game.
Collegiately, Burnham played four seasons at St. Francis Xavier (2016-19) making 29 of 37 field goals (78%), with a long of 47 yards, converted 27 extra points, and punted the ball 234 punts for 9,002 yards (34.5 AVG), with a long of 64 yards, 51 from inside the 20-yard line, and two touchbacks in 32 games for the X-Men. Burnham was a two-time AUS champion in 2016 and 2018.
