The Calgary Stampeders signed defensive lineman Cody Roscoe on Wednesday.

Cody Roscoe is six foot one and weighs 255 pounds. The 24-year-old from Houston, Texas, made three tackles, and one tackle on special teams in three games for the Saskatchewan Roughriders in 2023.

The Roughriders signed Roscoe as a free agent on September 27, 2022. He made one tackle and one forced fumble in two games for the Roughriders in 2022.

Collegiately, Roscoe played three seasons at McNeese State (2017-19) with 94 tackles (49 solo, 45 assists), 26 tackles for loss, 16 sacks, one interception, 12 pass breakups, and four forced fumbles in 30 games for the Cowboys.

Then, Roscoe transferred to Syracuse (2020-21) with 66 tackles (38 solo, 28 assists), 18.5 tackles for loss, 10.5 sacks, two forced fumbles, and one fumble recovery in 23 games for the Orange.
