The Wroclaw Panthers signed quarterback Steven Duncan for the 2024 season on Tuesday.
Steven Duncan is six foot six and weighs 235 pounds. The 25-year-old from Summerville, South Carolina, completed 341 of 503 passes (67.8%) for 4,703 yards, 58 touchdowns, eight interceptions, 63 carries for 117 yards, and one touchdown in 14 games for the Dresden Monarchs (GFL) in 2023.
Collegiately, Duncan played three seasons at Western Kentucky (2017-19) completing 180 of 308 passes (58%) for 1,863 yards, 14 touchdowns, 11 interceptions, 89 carries for 203 yards, and three touchdowns in 13 games for the Hilltoppers.
Next, Duncan transferred to Tarleton State University (2020-21) completing 315 of 515 passes (61%) for 4,047 yards, 30 touchdowns, 12 interceptions, 65 carries for 110 yards, and one touchdown in 18 games for the Texans. He was named Third Team All-WAC by Phil Steele.
Then, Duncan transferred to Incarnate Word in 2022 completing 13 of 23 passes (57%) for 289 yards, 12 carries for 25 yards, and two touchdowns in five games for the Cardinals.
