Berlin Thunder signs quarterback Jakeb Sullivan

Jakeb Sullivan played two seasons with the Frankfurt Galaxy.

The Berlin Thunder signed quarterback Jakeb Sullivan on Thursday.

Jakeb Sullivan is six foot one and weighs 194 pounds. The 29-year-old from Rapid City, South Dakota, played for the Frankfurt Galaxy for two seasons completing 457 of 689 (66.4%) for 5,539 yards, 63 touchdowns, 15 interceptions, 128 carries for 540 yards, and five touchdowns in 2022 games. He helped the Galaxy win the 2021 ELF Championship and was named the ELF Bowl MVP and Offensive Player of the Year.

Before Frankfurt, Sullivan played for the Marburg Mercenaries (GFL) completing 431 of 609 passes (71%) for 4,747 yards, 46 touchdowns, 18 interceptions, 176 carries for 540 yards, and 14 touchdowns in 15 games.

Collegiately, Sullivan played four seasons at South Dakota Mines (2015-18) completing 757 of 1,261 passes (60%) for 9,216 yards, 75 touchdowns, 43 interceptions, 423 carries for 1,611 yards, and 30 touchdowns in 41 games for the Hardrockers. He is a two-time First Team All-RMAC and Don Hansen All-American Team.
