Edmonton Elks sign offensive lineman Patrick Davis

The Edmonton Elks signed offensive lineman Patrick Davis on Thursday.

Patrick Davis is six foot five and weighs 312 pounds. The 27-year-old from Gatineau, Quebec, played six games for the Alouettes in 2023 before he was released on October 12th.

The Alouettes drafted Davis in the fourth round (28th pick) of the 2021 CFL Draft. Davis played two seasons in Montreal playing 24 games, of which two were starts.

Collegiately, Davis played four seasons at Syracuse (2017-21) playing guard and tackle in 25 games for the Orange. In 2017 and 2018, Davis helped Syracuse’s punt team lead the ACC in net average yards (39.1 in 2018 and 41.3 in 2017).
