The B.C. Lions signed wide receivers Jeff Cotton Jr. and Edward Lee on Tuesday.

Jeff Cotton Jr. is six foot two and weighs 206 pounds. The 26-year-old from Tucson, Arizona, attended training camp with the Green Bay Packers in 2023 but did not play in the preseason.

Before Green Bay, Cotton Jr. signed with the Los Angeles Chargers as an undrafted free agent in 2020. He also had stints with the Jacksonville Jaguars and Arizona Cardinals.

Collegiately, Cotton Jr. played two seasons at Pima Community College (2015-16) with 62 catches for 1,163 yards, and seven touchdowns in 19 games for the Aztecs. He was a First Team All-ACCAC and NJCAA Honorable Mention All-America in 2016.

Then, Cotton Jr. transferred to Idaho (2018-19) with 132 catches for 1,732 yards, 13 touchdowns, two carries for 28 yards, and 16 kick returns for 318 yards in 20 games for the Vandals.

Edward Lee is five foot ten and weighs 185 pounds. The 24-year-old from Washington, D.C., signed with the New England Patriots as an undrafted free agent in 2023 and attended training camp. After New England, he signed a letter of intent on December 14, 2023, to play for the Orlando Guardians (XFL).

Collegiately, Lee played five seasons at Rhode Island (2018-22) with 86 catches for 1,262 yards, eight touchdowns, and 15 punt returns for 163 yards in 37 games for the Rams. He was named Second Team All-CAA in 2022.
