The Houston Gamblers re-signed wide receiver Teo Redding for the 2024 season on Saturday.
Teo Redding is six foot one and weighs 176 pounds. The 29-year-old from Warren, Michigan, made 13 catches for 156 yards in ten games for the Gamblers in 2023. The Gamblers drafted Redding in the eighth round (344th pick) of the 2022 USFL Supplemental Draft. In 2022, Redding made 17 catches for 249 yards, and one touchdown in seven games, of which six were starts for Houston.
Before Houston, Redding signed with the Detroit Lions as an undrafted free agent in 2018. He would also spend time with the Washington Redskins, Green Bay Packers, and Montreal Alouettes.
Collegiately, Redding played four seasons at Bowling Green (2014-17) with 94 catches for 1,328 yards, 14 touchdowns, one kick return for 13 yards, and two punt returns for seven yards in 44 games for the Falcons. He was named Second Team All-MAC in 2017.
