The Hamilton Tiger-Cats signed wide receiver Cameron Batson on Wednesday.

Cameron Batson is five foot eight and weighs 175 pounds. The 28-year-old from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, made five catches for 28 yards, one kick return for 26 yards, and two punt returns for three yards in three preseason games for the Atlanta Falcons in 2022. After the preseason, Batson was placed on the practice squad.

Before Atlanta, Batson signed with the Tennessee Titans as an undrafted free agent in 2018. He played three seasons with 22 catches for 197 yards, two touchdowns, seven carries for 36 yards, 16 kick returns for 311 yards, and three punt returns for four yards in 27 games.

Collegiately, Batson played four seasons at Texas Tech (2014-17) with 154 catches for 1,453 yards, 14 touchdowns, nine carries for 44 yards, 22 kick returns for 417 yards, and 65 punt returns for 394 yards in 48 games for the Red Raiders.
