The Philadelphia Eagles (11-6) season came to a misery end in a 32-9 loss on Monday night to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (9-8) from Raymond James Stadium in the NFC Wild Card game. Click here to watch the highlights.

The Eagles had 276 yards on offense. Quarterback Jalen Hurts completed 25 of 35 passes (71.4%) for 250 yards, one touchdown, and one carry for five yards. Hurts’s only touchdown pass was to Dallas Goedert for five yards and failed to convert a two-point conversion. Kicker Jake Elliott also made a 47-yard field goal.

Philadelphia running back D’Andre Swift had ten carries for 34 yards, and four catches for 32 yards, and wide receiver DeVonte Smith made eight catches for 148 yards. Philadelphia’s defense could not tackle, allowing 426 yards, with 70 tackles, six tackles for loss, four sacks, six quarterback hits, and two pass breakups.

Tampa Bay quarterback Baker Mayfield completed 22 of 36 passes (61%) for 337 yards, three touchdowns, and two carries for 16 yards. Running back Rachaad White had 18 carries for 72 yards and one catch for three yards.

Tampa Bay wide receivers David Moore, Trey Palmer, and Chris Godwin combined with seven catches logging 167 yards, and three touchdowns. Tampa Bay’s defense made 49 tackles, five tackles for loss, three sacks, six quarterback hits, and five pass breakups.
