The Hamilton Tiger-Cats signed wide receiver Jevoni Robinson on Friday.

Jevoni Robinson is six foot eight and weighs 225 pounds. The 31-year-old from Jamacia moved to Charlotte, North Carolina, was on the B.C. Lions practice squad in 2023. The Lions drafted Robinson in the 2023 CFL Global Draft.

Robinson played two preseason games for the Lions with three catches for 33 yards. Before B.C., Robinson signed with the St. Louis Battlehawks in 2023 but was released at the end of training camp.

In 2021, Robinson played for the Sea Lions (TSL) with three catches for 19 yards, and in 2019 was with the San Antonio Commanders (AAF). In 2018, he played one preseason game for the Houston Texans.

Collegiately, Robinson played college basketball playing 17 games at North Carolina State (2012-13) and 31 games at Barry University in 2014.
