The Montreal Alouettes signed defensive back Quindarious “Smoke” Monday on Tuesday.
Quindarious Monday is six foot three and weighs 199 pounds. The 23-year-old from Atlanta, Georgia, made six tackles (6 solo) in three preseason games for the New Orleans Saints in 2023. The Saints signed Monday as an undrafted free agent in 2022.
Collegiately, Monday played four seasons at Auburn (2018-21) with 171 tackles (105 solo, 66 assists), 17 tackles for loss, six sacks, five interceptions for 196 yards, three touchdowns, 13 pass breakups, one forced fumble, and one blocked kick in 50 games for the Tigers. He was named Second Team All-SEC in 2020.
