Hamilton Tiger-Cats to sign defensive lineman Brandon Barlow

The Hamilton Tiger-Cats are expected to sign defensive lineman Brandon Barlow according to 3DownNation’s Justin Dunk.

Brandon Barlow is six foot four and weighs 260 pounds. The 26-year-old from Cohoes, New York, made 30 tackles, two tackles for loss, nine sacks, and two forced fumbles in 14 games for the Toronto Argonauts in 2023.

The Argonauts signed Barlow as a free agent on August 3, 2022. In 2022, Barlow made 18 tackles, one tackle on special teams, and one sack in 10 games helping the Argonauts win the Grey Cup over the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.

Collegiately, Barlow played five seasons at Boston College (2017-21) with 128 tackles (63 solo, 65 assists), 18 tackles for loss, 5.5 sacks, three forced fumbles, and one fumble recovery in 48 games for the Eagles.
