The Reading Royals signed forward Anthony Yurkins and defenseman Dilan Savenkov to standard player contracts (SPC) on Wednesday.

Anthony Yurkins is five foot ten and weighs 174 pounds. The 25-year-old from Staten Island, New York, has 14 points (5 goals, 9 assists), 14 penalty minutes, and a +4 rating with the Fayetteville Marksmen (SPHL) this season.

Before Fayetteville, Yurkins played two seasons for the Charlotte Rush (USPHL Premier) with 29 points (13 goals, 16 assists) and 50 penalty minutes in 60 games. In addition, he earned two points (1 goal, 1 assist) and two penalty minutes in seven playoff games.

Next, he played for the Corpus Christi IceRays (NAHL) with seven points (2 goals, 5 assists), 54 penalty minutes, and a +3 rating in 18 games. In addition, he had two penalty minutes and a -2 rating in five playoff games.

Collegiately, Yurkins played four seasons at Aurora University (2019-22) with ten points (4 goals, 6 assists), eight penalty minutes, and a -3 rating in 39 games for the Spartans.

Dilan Savenkov is six foot and weighs 207 pounds. The 22-year-old from Tallinn, EST, Estonia, has played for the Trois-Rivières Lions, Cincinnati Cyclones, and Orlando Solar Bears this season with nine penalty minutes and a +1 rating in seven combined games.

Before the ECHL, Savenkov played in the NAHL for the New Jersey Junior Titans, Kenai River Brown Bears, Lone Star Brahmas, and Shreveport Mudbugs with one point (1 assist), 22 penalty minutes, and a +2 rating in 18 games.

Collegiately, Savenkov played two seasons at the University of Alberta (2021-22) with seven points (3 goals, 4 assists), 20 penalty minutes, and a +15 rating in 30 games for the Golden Bears. In addition, Savenkov earned one point (1 assist) in two playoff games.
