The Arlington Renegades re-signed quarterback Drew Plitt for the 2024 season on Thursday.

Drew Plitt is six foot two and weighs 217 pounds. The 26-year-old from Loveland, Ohio, completed 63 of 100 passes (63%) for 668 yards, three touchdowns, five interceptions, and 14 carries for 57 yards in five games for Renegades in 2023 helping them win the XFL Championship over the D.C. Defenders.

The Renegades signed Plitt as a free agent in 2022. After the season, Plitt signed with the Cincinnati Bengals and was placed on the practice squad. Before Arlington, Plitt signed with the Cincinnati Bengals as an undrafted free agent in 2022.

Collegiately, Plitt played five seasons at Ball State (2017-21) completing 777 of 1,246 passes (62%) for 9,061 yards, 68 touchdowns, 30 interceptions, 322 carries for 423 yards, 14 touchdowns, and three catches for 21 yards in 46 games for the Cardinals. He was named Second Team All-MAC and the MAC Championship MVP in 2020.
