Munich Ravens sign defensive back Joshua Flowers

The Munich Ravens signed defensive back Joshua Flowers for the 2024 season on Monday.

Joshua Flowers is six foot three and weighs 193 pounds. The 25-year-old from Willingboro, New Jersey, signed with the Jacksonville Jaguars as an undrafted free agent in 2022 but was released before the preseason began. Next, he signed with the B.C. Lions in December of 2022 but was released in June of 2023.

Collegiately, Flowers played two seasons at Long Island University (2016-17) with 68 tackles (47 solo, 21 assists), half a tackle for loss, 20 pass breakups, and six interceptions in 14 games for the Pioneers. He was named All-NE-10 Second Team in 2016.

Then, Flowers transferred to Winston-Salem State (2019-21) with 62 tackles (49 solo, 13 assists), five interceptions for 20 yards, and 15 pass breakups in 18 games for the Rams. Flower played in the Inaugural HBCU Hall of Fame game in New Orleans.
