On Monday, Augustana University quarterback Casey Bauman was added to the national combine list according to The Canadian Press’s Dan Ralph.
Casey Bauman is six foot seven and weighs 225 pounds. The 24-year-old from Somas, Washington, played three seasons at Montana State University (2018-21) of the Big Sky Conference completing 46 of 90 passes (51%) for 477 yards, two touchdowns, 27 carries for 78 yards, two punts for 59 yards with a long of 30 yards, two from inside the 20-yard line, and two tackles (1 solo, 1 assist) in 16 games for the Bobcats.
Then, Bauman transferred to Augustana University (2022-23) completing 327 of 536 passes (61%) for 4,160 yards, 43 touchdowns, 16 interceptions, 181 carries for 572 yards, and six touchdowns in 21 games for the Vikings.
Augustana University is located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. They compete in the Division II level as a member of the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference.
In 2023, Bauman completed 216 of 341 passes (63%) for 2,878 yards, 29 touchdowns, 9 interceptions, 99 carries for 322 yards, and 5 touchdowns in 13 games leading the Vikings to the second round of the Division II playoffs in a loss to the Colorado School of Mines.
