The San Antonio Brahmas signed running back Morgan Ellison, placed offensive lineman Greg Eiland on the injured reserve list, and placed defensive back Cameron Dantzler on the suspended list on Tuesday according to the UFL Transactions page.

Morgan Ellison is six foot one and weighs 230 pounds. The 25-year-old from Pickerington, Ohio, was drafted by the Arlington Renegades in the 2024 UFL Dispersal Draft but was released on March 10, 2024.

In 2023, Ellison was drafted by the Seattle Sea Dragons (XFL) in the 11th round (73rd pick) of the 2022 XFL Draft. He had 52 carries for 254 yards, one touchdown, seven catches for 38 yards, and one tackle (1 solo) in five games.

Collegiately, Ellison played two seasons at Indiana (2017-18) with 143 carries for 704 yards, six touchdowns, and nine catches for 60 yards in 11 games for the Hoosiers. Next, he transferred to Independence Community College in 2019 with 98 carries for 648 yards, eight touchdowns, six catches for 18 yards, two kick returns for 32 yards, and one tackle (1 solo) in 10 games for the Pirates. He was named the Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference Co-Offensive Player of the Year.

Then, Ellison transferred to Southeastern Louisiana University in 2020-21 with 45 carries for 263 yards, two touchdowns, and five catches for 57 yards in four games.

Greg Eiland is six foot eight and weighs 321 pounds. The 26-year-old from Philadelphia, Mississippi, started three games for the San Antonio Brahmas in 2024. The Brahmas are ranked fourth in total offense yards (840), fifth in rushing yards (215), third in passing yards (625), and first in touchdowns (10). The Brahmas signed Eiland as a free agent on January 19, 2024.

Before San Antonio, Eiland signed with the Seattle Seahawks as an undrafted free agent on May 14, 2021. He spent three seasons on and off the practice squad.

Collegiately, Eiland played five seasons at Mississippi State (2016-20) playing left guard, left tackle, and right tackle in 46 games, of which 34 were starts for the Bulldogs. In 2019, Mississippi State’s offense ranked third in the SEC in rushing offense at 220.6 yards per game on the ground, and in 2020 helped protect quarterback K.J. Costello as he passed for an SEC and MSU record 623 yards and five touchdowns.

Cameron Dantzler is six foot two and weighs 188 pounds. The 25-year-old from Hammond, Louisiana, signed with the Brahmas on April 11, 2024.

Before San Antonio, Dantzler was drafted by the Minnesota Vikings in the third round (89th pick) of the 2020 NFL Draft. He played three seasons in Minnesota with 149 tackles (125 solo, 24 assists), six tackles for loss, three interceptions, 17 pass breakups, three forced fumbles, and two fumble recoveries in 35 games, of which 26 were starts.

Dantzler was named to the PFWA All-Rookie Team in 2020. After Minnesota, Dantzler spent time with the Washington Commanders, Buffalo Bills, and Houston Texans.

In Houston, Dantzler made three tackles (3 solo), one pass breakup, and one interception in one preseason game for the Houston Texans in 2023. After Houston released him, Dantzler signed with the New Orleans Saints on September 20, 2024, and appeared in two games before spending the rest of the season on the practice squad.

Collegiately, Dantzler played three seasons at Mississippi State (2017-19) with 78 tackles (56 solo, 22 assists), four tackles for loss, one sack, five interceptions for 23 yards, 18 pass breakups, and one fumble recovery in 29 games for the Bulldogs. Dantzler was named Second Team All-SEC in 2018.
