The Frankfurt Galaxy signed wide receiver Kevin Kaya on Thursday.
Kevin Kaya is six foot three and weighs 195 pounds. The 29-year-old from Nancy, France, signed with the Montreal Alouettes as a free agent on June 8, 2021. He played eight games for the Alouettes making three catches for 30 yards. In 2023, Kaya made one catch for five yards as the Alouettes went on to win the 110th Grey Cup over the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.
Collegiately, Kaya played four seasons at the University of Montreal (2016-19) making 90 catches for 1,127 yards, two touchdowns, four carries for 10 yards, and two tackles (2 solo). In the 2019 Vanier Cup against the University of Calgary Dinos, Kaya made three catches for 33 yards. He was named First Team RSEQ All-Star and Second Team All-Canadian.
