The Philadelphia Eagles drafted offensive lineman Dylan McMahon in the sixth round (190th pick) of the 2024 NFL Draft on Saturday.
Dylan McMahon is six foot three and weighs 299 pounds. The 22-year-old from Savannah, Georgia, ran a 5.1 in the 40-yard dash, 1.75 in the 10-yard split, a vertical jump of 33”, a broad jump of 9’ 7’, a 7.26 in the 3-cone drill, and a 4.33 in the 20-yard shuffle. He was given a production score of 56, and 95 in athleticism for a total score of 71.
In 2023, McMahon started 11 games playing center in 706 snaps, 24 pancake blocks, and allowed two sacks. NC State’s offense averaged 26.23 points per game, (341 total points), 156.5 yards per game (2,034 total rushing yards), 193.93 passing yards per game (2,521 total passing yards), 350.4 average yards per game (4,555 total yards), and 41 touchdowns. After the season, he competed in the East-West Shrine Game in 2024.
McMahon played five seasons at NC State (2019-23) playing center in 49 games, of which 44 were starts. He played 2,994 snaps, 102 pancake blocks, and allowed 8.5 sacks. He was an All-ACC Honorable Mention in 2023.
