The Memphis Showboats placed linebacker Jeff McCulloch on the injured reserve list on Tuesday according to the UFL Transactions page.
Jeff McCulloch is six foot three and weighs 245 pounds. The 26-year-old from Houston, Texas, made three tackles (3 solo) in two games for the Showboats in 2024.
In 2023, McCulloch made 21 tackles (14 solo, 7 assists), four tackles for loss, three sacks, one forced fumble, one fumble recovery, two touchdowns, and three pass breakups in six games for the Showboats in 2023.
The Showboats (then the Tampa Bay Bandits) signed McCulloch as a free agent on May 27, 2022. He made seven tackles (4 solo, 3 assists) and one forced fumble in two games for the Bandits. Before Tampa Bay, McCulloch played for the Sea Lions (TSL).
Collegiately, McCulloch played four seasons at Texas (2016-19) with 94 tackles (60 solo, 34 assists), 9.5 tackles for loss, four sacks, one interception for 65 yards, three pass breakups, two forced fumbles, and one fumble recovery in 46 games for the Longhorns. He was named Academic Second Team All-Big 12 in 2017.
