The San Antonio Brahams released quarterback Jayden de Laura and offensive lineman George Moore on Monday according to the UFL Transactions page.

Jayden de Laura is six foot and weighs 205 pounds. The 22-year-old from Honolulu, Hawaii, went undrafted in the 2024 NFL Draft. Laura signed with the San Antonio Brahmas on May 2, 2024, but did not play a game for them.

Collegiately, Laura played two seasons at Washington State (2020-21) completing 305 of 488 passes (63%) for 3,684 yards, 28 touchdowns, 13 interceptions, 74 carries for 101 yards, five touchdowns, and punted the ball one time for 28 yards reaching inside the 20-yard line.

Laura was named 2021 Pac-12 Offensive Freshman of the Year and All-Pac-12 Honorable Mention and named a finalist for 2021 Polynesian College Football Player of the Year.

Then, Laura transferred to Arizona (2022-23) completing 361 of 563 passes (64%) for 4,805 yards, 35 touchdowns, 18 interceptions, 95 carries for 243 yards, seven touchdowns, one catch for 11 yards, punted the ball three times for 114 yards (38.0 AVG) with a long of 48 yards, one touchback, one from inside the 20-yard line, and two tackles (2 solo) in 19 games for the Wildcats.

His 70.0% completion percentage marked the second-highest single-season completion percentage in program history.

Laura was named an All-PAC 12 Honorable Mention and on the watchlist of both the Maxwell Award and Manning Award. In January of 2024, Laura was set to transfer to Texas State but he withdrew his transfer days after settling his civil sexual assault case and public outcry. He then declared for the NFL Draft on February 22, 2024.

George Moore is six foot six and weighs 312 pounds. The 27-year-old from Antioch, California, signed with the Green Bay Packers as an undrafted free agent on May 6, 2022. He also had stints with the Dallas Cowboys and Denver Broncos.
Then, Moore was drafted by the Arlington Renegades in the 2023 XFL Supplemental Draft and later signed with them as a free agent on January 27, 2023. He played six games, of which five were starts helping the Renegades win the XFL Championship over the D.C. Defenders.

He was then traded to the Seattle Sea Dragons, who were not included in the XFL and USFL merger, and was drafted by the D.C. Defenders in the 2024 UFL Dispersal Draft. Moore was released by the Defenders on March 10, 2024, and signed with the San Antonio Brahmas on April 24, 2024, but did not play a game for them.

Collegiately, Moore played two seasons at the College of San Mateo (2015-16) helping the Bulldogs average 32.4 points per game, 408.8 total yards per game, and 192.8 rushing yards per contest.

Then, Moore transferred to Oregon (2017-21) playing left tackle and left guard in 31 games, of which 20 were starts for the Ducks. In 2021, Oregon’s offensive line helped pave the way for an Oregon rushing attack that ran for at least 100 yards in 12 out of 14 games, with seven games of 200-plus rushing yards and two games with 300 or more yards on the ground.
