The Arlington Renegades released defensive lineman Darrius Moragne on Thursday according to the UFL Transactions page.

Darrius Moragne is six foot five and weighs 295 pounds. The 26-year-old from Holland, Michigan, played for the Jousters (TSL) in 2021 helping them to appear in the Mega Bowl where they lost to the Linemen.

In 2022, Moragne was drafted by the Pittsburgh Maulers (USFL) in the tenth round (354th pick) of the 2022 USFL Supplemental Draft. He made 16 tackles (9 solo, 7 assists), three tackles for loss, and 1.5 sacks in five games before an injury sidelined him and was later released.

In 2023, Moragne had signed a letter of intent to play for the San Antonio Brahmas before the XFL and USFL merged to form the United Football League (UFL) and later signed with the Arlington Renegades on February 19, 2024. Moragne did not play for the Renegades in 2024.

Collegiately, Moragne played one season at Arizona Western College in 2017 making 13 tackles (3 solo, 10 assists), one tackle for loss, one sack, and one pass breakup in nine games for the Matadors. Then, he transferred to Kansas (2018-19) making 45 tackles (34 solo, 11 assists), 5.5 tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks, and one pass breakup in 15 games for the Jayhawks.
