The Calgary Stampeders released 22 players including defensive back Titus Wall while placing 11 players on the practice squad and suspending two players who are returning to school on Saturday.
Titus Wall is six foot and weighs 200 pounds. The 25-year-old from Lima, Ohio, re-signed with the Calgary Stampeders on January 31, 2024. Wall played two preseason games making four tackles. The Stampeders signed Wall as a free agent on April 11, 2022.
In 2022, Wall made 39 tackles, two sacks, three interceptions, and one touchdown in ten games. In 2023, Wall made 55 tackles, seven tackles on special teams, five tackles for loss, two sacks, one forced fumble, and two pass breakups in 11 games.
Collegiately, Wall played five seasons at Missouri State University (2017-21) with 261 tackles (157 solo, 104 assists), six tackles for loss, one sack, one interception, nine pass breakups, and two fumble recoveries in 54 games for the Bears. He was named All-Missouri Valley Football Conference Honorable Mention in 2021.
