The Atlanta Falcons signed Arlington Renegades linebacker Storey Jackson on Wednesday according to the X account UFL Analyst.
Storey Jackson is six foot two and weighs 224 pounds. The 26-year-old from Kansas City, Kansas, signed with the Arlington Renegades on October 23, 2023. In 2024, Jackson made 41 tackles (27 solo, 14 assists), two tackles for loss, one pass breakup, and 13 tackles on special teams in 10 games.
Jackson signed with the Dallas Cowboys as an undrafted free agent on May 13, 2022. Jackson had signed with the Houston Gamblers (USFL) on October 6, 2022, but later signed with the Cleveland Browns on December 14, 2022. He played one game for the Browns in 2022 against the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Browns released him on May 15, 2023.
Collegiately, Jackson played two seasons at Hutchinson Community College (2016-17) making 81 tackles (36 solo, 45 assists), 1.5 tackles for loss, one interception for four yards, three pass breakups, and one fumble recovery in 19 games for the Blue Dragons.
Next, Jackson played at Prairie View A&M (2018-20) making 122 tackles (56 solo, 66 assists), 17 tackles for loss, six sacks, one interception, three pass breakups, three forced fumbles, three fumble recoveries, and six carries for 40 yards in 16 games for the Panthers.
He was named Second Team FCS All-American by STATS, BOXTOROW HBCU All-American, and First Team All-SWAC. Then, he transferred to Liberty in 2021 making 102 tackles (57 solo, 45 assists), 13 tackles for loss, 7 sacks, one interception for 8 yards, and four pass breakups in 13 games for the Flames.
