The Winnipeg Blue Bombers placed linebacker Adam Bighill (Hamstring) on the six-game injured list on Thursday according to the CFL Transactions page.

Adam Bighill is five foot ten and weighs 241 pounds. The 35-year-old from Montesano, Washington, injured his hamstring in the second quarter of last Sunday’s game against the B.C. Lions. This season, Bighill made 46 tackles and one sack in 9 games.

Adam Bighill played six seasons for the B.C. Lions (2011-16) making 500 tackles, 70 tackles on special teams, 33 sacks, 8 interceptions for 115 yards, one touchdown, 8 forced fumbles, 6 fumble recoveries, and one touchdown in 99 games. He helped the Lions win the Grey Cup in 2011.
