The Birmingham Stallions re-signed defensive back Kenny Robinson Jr. on Friday according to the UFL Transactions page.

Kenny Robinson Jr. is six foot two and weighs 200 pounds. The 25-year-old from Wilkinsburg, Pennsylvania, signed with the Birmingham Stallions on November 30, 2023. In 2024, Robinson Jr. made 34 tackles (16 solo, 18 assists), two tackles for loss, one interception, six pass breakups, one forced fumble, and one fumble recovery in 10 games.

In the 2024 UFL Playoffs, Robinson Jr. made six tackles (6 solo) and one fumble recovery in two games helping the Stallions win their third straight championship (2 USFL, 1 UFL).

Robinson Jr. was drafted by the St. Louis Battlehawks (XFL) in 2020. Robinson Jr. made 23 tackles (17 solo, 6 assists) and two interceptions for 11 yards in five games before the XFL ceased operations due to COVID-19.

After the season, the Carolina Panthers drafted Robinson Jr. in the fifth round (152nd pick) of the 2020 NFL Draft. Robinson played two seasons in Carolina with 18 tackles (12 solo, 6 assists), and one blocked punt recovery in 19 games.

Then, he signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers on January 11, 2023. He made 13 tackles (10 solo, 3 assists) in three preseason games. The Steelers released him on August 28, 2023.

Collegiately, Robinson played two seasons at West Virginia (2017-18) with 123 tackles (84 solo, 39 assists), 4 tackles for loss, 7 interceptions for 228 yards, 2 touchdowns, 7 pass breakups, one forced fumble, and one fumble recovery in 23 games for the Mountaineers. He was named First Team All-Big 12 in 2018.
