The Michigan Panthers re-signed defensive back KiAnte Hardin on Tuesday according to the UFL Transactions page.
KiAnte Hardin is five foot eleven and weighs 185 pounds. The 27-year-old from Webb City, Missouri, made one tackle (1 solo) against the St. Louis Battlehawks in Week 1 before missing the rest of the season with an injury.
The Michigan Panthers signed Hardin as a free agent on July 26, 2022. In 2023, Hardin played three games for the Panthers. Hardin played for the B.C. Lions in 2021 making 45 tackles, four tackles on special teams, and two interceptions in 12 games.
Collegiately, Hardin played two seasons at Minnesota (2015-16) making 52 tackles (33 solo, 19 assists), four tackles for loss, two interceptions for 31 yards, seven pass breakups, one fumble recovery, 21 kick returns for 527 yards, and 13 punt returns for 93 yards in 21 games for the Golden Gophers.
Then, Hardin transferred to Pittsburg State (2018-19) with 34 tackles (25 solo, 9 assists), 4.5 tackles for loss, one sack, six interceptions for 76 yards, one touchdown, 21 pass breakups, 10 kick returns for 170 yards, 26 punt returns for 385 yards, one touchdown, nine catches for 139 yards, three touchdowns, and three carries for 13 yards in 17 games for the Gorillas. He was named Third Team All-MIAA in 2018.
