The San Antonio Brahmas re-signed offensive lineman Aaron Monteiro and signed wide receiver Ty Fryfogle on Friday according to the UFL Transactions page.

Aaron Monteiro is six foot six and weighs 311 pounds. The 27-year-old from Brockton, Massachusetts, signed with the Brahmas on December 14, 2023. He played 10 games in 2024. In 2024, San Antonio’s offense ranked fourth in total yards (2,966), rushing yards (962), yards per game (296.6), third in passing yards (2,004), and tied for fifth in touchdowns (24).

Monteiro signed with the Miami Dolphins as an undrafted free agent on May 10, 2019. He also spent time with the New England Patriots, Carolina Panthers, and the Washington Commanders.

Collegiately, Monteiro played four seasons at Boston College (2015-18) playing left tackle in 43 games for the Eagles making two tackles (2 solo). In 2017, Boston College’s offensive line allowed 1.15 sacks per game, which was the 13th-best mark in the nation. In addition, they helped pave the way for the nation’s seventh-leading rusher AJ Dillon as Boston College averaged 220.4 rushing yards per game. He was named Third Team All-ACC in 2018.

Ty Fryfogle is six foot one and weighs 208 pounds. The 25-year-old from Lucedale, Mississippi, signed with the Dallas Cowboys as an undrafted free agent on May 3, 2022. He was released by the Cowboys on August 23, 2022, and signed with the Kansas City Chiefs on January 9, 2023. The Chiefs released him on August 29, 2023.

Collegiately, Fryfogle played five seasons at Indiana (2017-21) making 158 catches for 2,231 yards, 14 touchdowns, four carries for 34 yards, three punt returns for -5 yards, and 1 tackle (1 solo) in 53 games for the Hoosiers.

In 2021, Fryfogle made 46 catches for 512 yards, 1 touchdown, four carries for 34 yards, and 1 tackle (1 solo) in 12 games. He was named an All-Big Honorable Mention in 2021 and finished sixth on Indiana’s career lists in receptions (158) and yardage (2,231), and tied for 10th in receiving touchdowns (10) in 53 games (33 starts).
