The Houston Roughnecks re-signed quarterback Nolan Henderson on Wednesday according to the UFL Transactions page.
Nolan Henderson is five foot eleven and weighs 202 pounds. The 26-year-old from Smyrna, Delaware, signed with the Baltimore Ravens as an undrafted free agent in 2023. He was released on June 6, 2023.
The Houston Roughnecks signed Henderson on January 23, 2024. In 2024, Henderson completed 43 of 74 passes (54.7%) for 529 yards, 2 touchdowns 1 interception, 22 carries for 142 yards, and 1 touchdown in six games.
Collegiately, Henderson played six seasons at Delaware (2017-22) completing 550 of 859 passes (64%) for 6,429 yards, 56 touchdowns, 14 interceptions, 272 carries for 418 yards, eight touchdowns, and one punt for 36 yards in 37 games for the Fightin’ Blue Hens. He was named First Team All-CAA in 2020-21 and Second Team All-CAA in 2022.
