Ottawa will not have running back DeVonte Dedmon (Hand), wide receivers Justin Hardy (Illness) and Bralon Addison (Hand), defensive lineman Bryce Carter (Hand), linebacker Jovan Santos-Knox (Knee), and linebacker Lucas Cormier (Foot).

Jeremiah Masoli will be the starting quarterback for Ottawa, while Dru Brown (Ankle) will be the third-string quarterback. In the lineup on Monday are running back Khalan Laborn (Shoulder), wide receiver Dominique Rhymes (Knee), linebacker Frankie Griffin (Ankle), and defensive back Brandin Dandridge (Knee).
