Kyler McMichael is six foot and weighs 210 pounds. The 24-year-old from Atlanta, Georgia, signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers on July 30, 2024. In 2024, McMichael made five tackles (2 solos, 3 assists) and one pass breakup in three preseason games. The Steelers released him on August 26, 2024.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers signed McMichael as an undrafted free agent on May 13, 2022. In 2022, McMichael made six tackles (5 solos, 1 assist) in three preseason games. The Buccaneers released him on August 30, 2022. He would later spend time with the Buffalo Bills and Arizona Cardinals. In 2023, he made four tackles (4 solos) in two preseason games for Arizona. The Cardinals released him on March 13, 2024.
Collegiately, McMichael played one season at Clemson in 2018 making two tackles (1 solo, 1 assist) in 12 games for the Tigers. Then, McMichael transferred to North Carolina (2020-21) making 44 tackles (34 solos, 10 assists), one tackle for loss, one interception for nine yards, and eight pass breakups in 21 games for the Tar Heels.
