The Toronto Argonauts re-signed offensive lineman Daniel Shin, defensive lineman Baptiste Pollier, and linebacker Clayton Glasco on Monday according to the CFL Transactions page.

Daniel Shin is six foot three and weighs 280 pounds. The 24-year-old Edmonton, Alberta, was drafted by the Toronto Argonauts in the eighth round (72nd pick) of the 2024 CFL Draft. Shin appeared in two preseason games for the Argonauts in 2024 and was placed on the suspended list as he was returning to school.

Collegiately, Shin played five seasons at the University of Alberta (2019, 2021-24) playing center in 35 games for the Golden Bears. He was named a two-time Canada West All-Star and a First Team U Sports All-Canadian.

In 2024, Shin played six games. The University of Alberta’s offense averaged 28.88 points per game, 182.8 rushing yards per game, 213.13 passing yards per game, 381.3 yards per game, and 25 touchdowns finishing 2-7 in the season.

Baptiste Pollier is six foot four and weighs 250 pounds. The 26-year-old from Grenoble, France, played handball before taking up football for the Centaures de Grenoble in France’s top division. The Toronto Argonauts signed Pollier on July 15, 2024, and spent the season on the practice squad. The Argonauts released him on November 18, 2024.

Then, Pollier made his way to U Sports playing two seasons at the University of Ottawa (2021-23) making 42 tackles (23 solos, 19 assists), 5.5 tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks, and one interception for 15 yards in 16 games for the Gee-Gees.

Clayton Glasco is six foot and weighs 225 pounds. The 27-year-old from Pickerington, Ohio, signed with the Bay Area Panthers (IFL) on December 21, 2021. In 2022, Glasco made 42 tackles (25 solo, 17 assists), 1.5 tackles for loss, and one fumble recovery in seven games.

Then, Glasco signed with the San Diego Strike Force (IFL) in 2023. In 2023, Glasco made 40 tackles (28 solos, 24 assists), 2.5 tackles for loss, one sack, one interception, and two pass breakups in nine games. The Toronto Argonauts signed Glasco on September 23, 2024, and spent the season on the practice squad. The Argonauts released him on November 18, 2024.

Collegiately, Glasco played two seasons at Monroe College (2016-17) making 82 tackles (44 solo, 38 assists), 12 tackles for loss, two sacks, one interception for 9 yards, one pass breakup, two blocked kicks, one kick return for 10 yards, and two punt returns for 24 yards in 15 games for the Mustangs. He was named First All-NEC in 2017.

Then, Glasco transferred to Indiana State (2018-19) making 117 tackles (60 solo, 57 assists), 18 tackles for loss, 4.5 sacks, one interception for three yards, and two pass breakups in 20 games for the Sycamores. He was an All-MFVC Honorable Mention in 2019.
