The Calgary Stampeders signed defensive back Cyrus Fagan on Wednesday according to the CFL Transactions page.

Cyrus Fagan is six foot one and weighs 190 pounds. A native of Daytona Beach, Florida, Fagan attended the Buffalo Bills rookie minicamp in 2023. In 2024, he played for the Massachusetts Pirates (IFL) making 43 tackles (11 solos, 35 assists), two forced fumbles, three interceptions for 14 yards, 12 pass breakups, and one kick return for 51 yards in 12 games. He re-signed with the Pirates on November 11, 2024.

Collegiately, Fagan played four seasons at Florida State (2017-20) making 72 tackles (47 solos, 25 assists), one tackle for loss, four pass breakups, and two fumble recoveries in 30 games for the Seminoles.

Then, Fagan transferred to North Carolina State University (2021-22) making 60 tackles (34 solos, 26 assists), 2.5 tackles for loss, four interceptions for 46 yards, and 10 pass breakups in 15 games for the Wolfpack.
