The St. Louis Battlehawks re-signed offensive lineman Mike Panasiuk and defensive back Nate Meadors on Monday according to the UFL Transactions page.

Mike Panasiuk is six foot three and weighs 295 pounds. The 27-year-old from Roselle, Illinois, started 10 games at center for St. Louis in 2024. St. Louis’s offense ranked sixth in total offense yards (2,721), third in rushing yards (977), seventh in passing yards (1,744), sixth in yards per game (272.1), and second in touchdowns (30).

Panasiuk was named to the All-UFL Team. The Battlehawks released him on August 18, 2024, and he signed with the Indianapolis Colts on August 19, 2024. He played one preseason game for the Colts. The Colts released him on August 27, 2024.

Panasiuk signed with the Las Vegas Raiders as an undrafted free agent in 2020. In addition, he also had a stint with the Carolina Panthers. Panasiuk signed with the St. Louis Battlehawks on January 10, 2023.

He started ten games at center for the St. Louis Battlehawks in 2023. St. Louis’s offense helped quarterback A.J. McCarron lead the league in touchdowns (24), wide receiver Hakeem Butler finished second in the league in catches (51) and receiving yards (599), and running back Brian Hill finished third in rushing yards (416). He was named to the All-XFL Team after the season.

After the season, Panasiuk was invited to the Pittsburgh Steelers minicamp but was not offered a contract. He re-signed with the Battlehawks on January 25, 2024.

Collegiately, Panasiuk played four seasons at Michigan State (2016-19) as a defensive lineman making 100 tackles (40 solo, 60 assists), 18 tackles for loss, four sacks, two interceptions for 14 yards, one touchdown, six pass breakups, one forced fumble, one fumble recovery, and one blocked punt in 51 games for the Spartans.

Nate Meadors is five foot eleven and weighs 194 pounds. The 27-year-old from San Bernardino, California, signed with the Minnesota Vikings as an undrafted free agent on April 29, 2019. He played two seasons in Minnesota making two tackles (2 solos) in three games. Meadors also spent time with the Jacksonville Jaguars, Philadelphia Eagles, Cleveland Browns, and the New York Giants.

The St. Louis Battlehawks drafted Meadors in the fourth round (32nd pick) of the 2023 XFL Supplemental Draft. In 2023, he made 38 tackles (23 solos, 15 assists), two tackles for loss, two interceptions for 20 yards, and two pass breakups in nine games, of which two were starts.

The Battlehawks released him on August 12, 2023, and he signed with the Cleveland Browns on August 13, 2023. Meadors made two tackles (1 solo, 1 assist) in two preseason games. The Browns released him on August 27, 2023.

The Pittsburgh Steelers signed Meadors on February 3, 2024. In 2024, Meadors did not play in the preseason due to an injury. The Steelers released him on August 19, 2024.

Collegiately, Meadors played four seasons at UCLA (2015-18) making 150 tackles (116 solos, 34 assists), four tackles for loss, two sacks, three interceptions for 31 yards, one touchdown, 22 pass breakups, and one forced fumble in 44 games for the Bruins.
