The Ottawa Redblacks and fullback Marko Dubois agreed to a two-year contract extension through the 2026 season on Monday. Dubois was scheduled to be a free agent in February.
Marco Dubois is six foot four and weighs 230 pounds. The 30-year-old from Lasalle, Quebec, made two catches for 54 yards and seven tackles on special teams in 17 games in 2024.
The Ottawa Redblacks drafted Dubois in the second round (13th pick) in the 2018 CFL Draft. In six seasons, Dubois has made 20 catches for 293 yards, one touchdown, one carry for one yard, one tackle, and 27 tackles on special teams in 101 games.
Collegiately, Dubois played four seasons at Laval University (2014-17) making 17 catches for 175 yards in 21 games for the Rouge et Or. He helped Laval win the 2016 Vanier Cup over the Calgary Dinos 31-26.
