The Hamilton Tiger-Cats signed defensive back Quavian White on Thursday according to the CFL Transactions page.

Quavian White is five foot eight and weighs 187 pounds. The 24-year-old from Greer, South Carolina, signed with the Arizona Cardinals as an undrafted free agent on May 12, 2023. In 2023, White played in two preseason games recording no stats. He spent the majority of the season on the practice squad. The Cardinals released him on April 30, 2024.

Collegiately, White played four seasons at Georgia State (2019-22) making 157 tackles (113 solos, 44 assists), 9 tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks, 10 interceptions for 96 yards, 42 pass breakups, 12 kick returns for 224 yards, and 15 punt returns for 62 yards in 40 games for the Panthers.

In 2022, White made 29 tackles (13 solos, 16 assists), four tackles for loss, one sack, four interceptions for -1 yard, and 13 pass breakups in 10 games. He was named Second Team All-Sun Belt Conference in 2020 and Third Team All-Sun Belt Conference in 2021.
