The B.C. Lions signed running back Quadree Ollison on Monday according to the CFL Transactions page.
Qadree Ollison is six foot one and weighs 232 pounds. The 28-year-old from Niagara Falls, New York, was drafted by the Atlanta Falcons in the fifth round (152nd pick) of the 2019 NFL Draft. He played three seasons in Atlanta with 44 carries for 158 yards, five touchdowns, five catches for 19 yards, and six tackles (4 solos, 2 assists) in 19 games. The Falcons released him on August 30, 2022.
The Dallas Cowboys signed Ollison on September 1, 2022. In 2022, he made two tackles (2 solos) in three games. He became a free agent after the 2022 season. Ollison also spent time with the Jacksonville Jaguars and Pittsburgh Steelers.
Collegiately, Ollison played four seasons at Pittsburgh (2015-18) with 529 carries for 2,859 yards, 29 touchdowns, 50 catches for 375 yards, three touchdowns, and nine tackles (6 solos, 3 assists) in 52 games for the Panthers. He was named a two-time Second All-ACC, and ACC Offensive Rookie of the Year.
