CFL Releases 2025 Regular Season Schedule

The Canadian Football League released the 2025 season schedule on Thursday. The regular season begins on Thursday, June 5, 2025, with the Ottawa Redblacks visiting the Saskatchewan Roughriders at 9 pm, and concludes on Sunday, November 6, 2025, with the 112th Grey Cup from Princess Auto Stadium in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

The 2025 season will be broadcast on CTV and TSN in Canada. In the U.S., games will be aired on CBS Sports Network and the league’s streaming service CFL+. Viewers outside of North America can watch the 2025 season on CFL+.

New for 2025 is no teams have a four-day turnaround, with no more than two five-day turnarounds. Nobody will face an opponent coming off a bye week more than three times. In addition, 23 games will kick off at 4 pm local or earlier, a 44% increase compared to last season.

On Thursday, July 3, 2025, the Calgary Stampeders will take on the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in the first-ever Stampede Bowl. For Labour Day Weekend, the action starts on Sunday, August 31, 2025, with the Saskatchewan Roughriders hosting the Winnipeg Blue Bombers at 7 pm.

On Monday, September 1, 2025, will see the Toronto Argonauts visit the Hamilton Tiger-Cats at 2:30 pm, and the Edmonton Elks visit the Calgary Stampeders at 6 pm. On Saturday, September 20, 2025, will be the Hall of Fame game between the Edmonton Elks and Hamilton Tiger-Cats at 7 pm.
