Edmonton Elks sign defensive back Harold Nash III

The Edmonton Elks signed defensive back Harold Nash III on Thursday according to the CFL Transactions page.

Harold Nash III is five foot eleven and weighs 201 pounds. A native of West Bloomfield, Michigan, Nash III appeared in one game for North Texas in 2024 recording no stats for the Mean Green.

Collegiately, Nash III played three seasons at Memphis (2020-22) making three tackles (2 solos, 1 assist) in 18 games for the Tigers. He was named a two-time AAC All-Academic Team (2019, 2021).

Nash III went to Orchard Lake St. Mary’s Prep High School in Michigan where he helped the Eaglets go 10-4 winning the Michigan High School Athletic Association DIII state championship.
