The Rhein Fire signed wide receiver Jordan Bouah for the 2025 season on Friday.
Jordan Bouah is five foot ten and weighs 196 pounds. The 29-year-old from Rome, Italy, signed with the Vienna Vikings on February 5, 2022. He played three seasons in Vienna making 105 catches for 1,671 yards, 17 touchdowns, seven carries for -6 yards, and four tackles (3 solos, 1 assist) in 26 games.
In the ELF playoffs, Bouah made 13 catches for 138 yards and six carries for 33 yards in three games helping the Vikings win the ELF Championship in 2022 and were a runner-up in 2024. In 2024, Bouah made 17 catches for 337 yards, five touchdowns, two carries for five yards, and one tackle (1 solo) in four games missing the majority of the season due to an injury.
The Ottawa Redblacks drafted Bouah in the first round (8th pick) of the 2019 CFL Global Draft. They released him on June 8, 2019. Next, he played for the Dresden Monarchs (GFL) in 2019 and the Milano Seamen (IFL) in 2020 and 2021.
Bouah played for the Rome Gladiators and the Italy national American football team, winning the European Championship in 2021. Collegiately, Bouah played two seasons at Saddleback College (2017-18) making three catches for 45 yards, two carries for seven yards, three kick returns for 40 yards, and seven tackles (6 solos, 1 assist) in 11 games for the Gauchos.
