The Calgary Stampeders signed defensive back Adrian Greene to a one-year contract through the 2025 season on Tuesday.
Adrian Greene is six foot and weighs 192 pounds. The 25-year-old from Toronto, Ontario, made 26 tackles, five tackles on special teams, two interceptions, and one forced fumble in 16 games for the Lions in 2024.
The B.C. Lions drafted Greene in the fourth round (32nd pick) of the 2022 CFL Draft. In 2022, he made three tackles on special teams in three games. In 2023, he made 16 tackles, ten tackles on special teams, and one interception in 17 games.
Collegiately, Greene played five seasons at Saint Mary’s University (2017-21) making 43 tackles (31 solos, 12 assists), 1.5 tackles for loss, one interception, one forced fumble, and five pass breakups in 21 games for the Huskies.
