Christian Young is six foot one and weighs 221 pounds. The 24-year-old from Houston, Texas, signed with the Seattle Seahawks as an undrafted free agent on May 12, 2023. In 2023, he made five tackles (3 solos, 2 assists), and one pass breakup in three preseason games. The Seahawks released him on August 29, 2023.
The Green Bay Packers signed Young on October 3, 2023. He spent over a month on the practice squad before the Packers released him on November 20, 2023. The Seahawks re-signed him on January 2, 2024, and finished the season on the practice squad.
