The NASCAR Xfinity Series visited Martinsville Speedway on Saturday afternoon in the US Marine Corps 250. JR Motorsports driver Connor Zilisch started the race on the pole with his teammate Carson Kvapil starting second.

The race was filled with 14 cautions for 104 laps. Among the drivers involved in crashes were Jesse Love, Connor Zilisch, Nick Sanchez, and Christian Eckes. There were 14 lead changes among ten drivers. Connor Zilisch led the most laps in the race (100) before his car suffered damage from a Garrett Smithley spin and finished in 28th place.

Matt DiBenedetto spun at Turn 2 to bring out the 14th caution sending the race to overtime. In overtime, Austin Hill passed Sammy Smith from the inside of Turn 4 as another multi-car crash happened with Hill taking the win by 0.190 seconds over Sheldon Creed. It was the 100th win for owner Richard Childress in NASCAR. Hill also picked up the $100,000 Dash 4 Cash bonus.

The rest of the top ten finishers were Justin Allgaier third, Brennan Poole fourth, Sam Mayer fifth, Dean Thompson sixth, Daniel Dye seventh, Ryan Sieg eighth, Kris Wright ninth, and Sammy Smith tenth.
