The B.C. Lions signed defensive back Kole Jones on Wednesday.
Kole Jones is five foot ten and weighs 185 pounds. A native of Chesapeake, Virginia, Jones made 42 tackles (23 solos, 19 assists), two tackles for loss, one interception for 31 yards, one touchdown, and six pass breakups in eight games for the Eagles in 2024.
He was named Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Week honors after making seven tackles (6 solos, 1 assist), 1.5 tackles for loss, one interception for 31 yards, and one touchdown against Alabama State.
Collegiately, Jones played four seasons at North Carolina Central University (2021-24) making 150 tackles, 91 solos, 59 assists), 11 tackles for loss, five interceptions for 31 yards, one touchdown, 11 pass breakups, three forced fumbles, one fumble recovery, and two punt returns for eight yards in 42 games for the Eagles.
