The Winnipeg Blue Bombers signed wide receiver Reggie Brown on Wednesday according to the CFL Transactions page.
Reggie Brown is six foot one and weighs 195 pounds. The 26-year-old from Lakeland, Florida, signed with the Kansas City Chiefs as an undrafted free agent on May 4, 2024, but was released on May 7, 2024. The Hamilton Tiger-Cats signed Brown as a free agent on September 8, 2024, and spent two weeks on the practice squad. The Ticats released him on September 23, 2024.
Collegiately, Brown played five seasons at James Madison University (2019-23) making 93 catches for 1,686 yards (37.5 AVG), 16 touchdowns, and two tackles (2 solo) in 45 games for the Dukes. In 2023, Brown made 53 catches for 1,054 yards and nine touchdowns in 13 games. He was named First Team All-Sun Belt and a Phil Steele All-American Honorable Mention.
