
The San Antonio Brahmas signed linebacker Paul Moala on Monday according to the UFL Transactions page.
Paul Moala is six foot and weighs 229 pounds. The 25-year-old from Mishawaka, Indiana, signed with the Chicago Bears as an undrafted free agent on May 13, 2024. In 2024, he made six tackles (5 solos, 1 assist) in four preseason games. The Bears released him on August 26, 2024.
Collegiately, Moala played four seasons at Notre Dame (2018-21) making 22 tackles (12 solos, 10 assists), one tackle for loss, one forced fumble, one fumble recovery, and one touchdown in 23 games for the Fighting Irish.
Next, he transferred to Idaho in 2022 making 61 tackles (29 solos, 32 assists), seven tackles for loss, two sacks, four interceptions for 21 yards, nine pass breakups, and one forced fumble in 12 games for the Vandals.
Then, he transferred to Georgia Tech in 2023 making 65 tackles (37 solos, 28 assists), 11 tackles for loss, four sacks, two pass breakups, and three forced fumbles in 13 games for the Yellow Jackets.
